It is very possible. SNRNQ has only about 189M shares OS while CGSYQ has 168M shares OS and soared to 0.01 from the bottom 0.0004 today!

165,800 shares dumped at 0.001 so far! I am wondering why someones dumped the shares at 0.001 instead of selling at 0.01 later? Will it
retest the recent low 0.0008 again? I doubt it.
