#103926 RE: jimblob #103903

jimblob, IMO, has-it right. HERE'S THE SCENARIO...more

1) ENTI CEO Anthony DiBiase gets a controlling 79,784,864 shares of PTEL, as per today's PR.

2) Tony next, in collaboration and cooperation with PTEL's Board,
and with their Approval and Authorization, and acting as PTEL's
new CEO, THEN Announces a Forward Split of 100:1 for PTEL's Shares.

3) Now we "do the math." 79 Million PTEL SHARES X 100 = 7.9 Billion Shares.

4) As Luck, or more likely OUTSTANDING PLANNING, has it, 7.9
Billion PTEL Shares almost exactly = the O/S of ENTI, including
the Share-Dividends (to date)!!$$$

5) Now HERE'S THE THRILLING PART!!....

6) Today's current BID PRICE of PTEL is $2.10.

7) Again, we "do the math." $2.10, when changed by a 100:1
Forward Split = $0.02.

8) And, VOILA!!$$$$ We have now attained the sought-after
UPLISTING SHARE PRICE of $0.02 (minimum price)!!$$$

CAUTIONARY NOTE:
Whan THEN transpires?
--- 1) Do all Shareholders immediately POUNCE, and cash-in
(i.e., cash-OUT) their Share-holdings of this PTEL Stock??

2) IF SO, then what sort of "price-havoc" will be wreaked and
wrought upon PTEL's subsequent Share Price, in the ensuing Trading days??

3) OR...Do PTEL Shareholders, exercising prudent adult decision
making, CAREFULLY and GRADUALLY (if AT ALL) Sell ONLY A TOKEN-FEW
of their PTEL Shareholdings, so-as NOT to drive-back-down PTEL's
Share Price??

4) Can No.3 above be met? Well, we all can certainly hope and
Pray, and personally PLAN, each-and-every-one of us, to conduct
ourselves accordingly, and RESTRAIN our greedy, grubby li'l hands. Can't we? :-)

JUST A FEW THOUGHTS, which I AM CERTAIN will be dissected,
discussed, and debated in infinite and unending detail,
ad nauseum (but what a pleasant "ad nauseum" to have to endure!).

To end, for now...
Nabbbss' Investing Nugget No.14: Money is not THE END, but THE MEANS to an End.

All the very Best to Everybody and ENTI / Yellow Pages VSP / FilmRookie / MMx!$ :-)
