The change in address has got me to thinking about USFM, reverse mergers, Jim Farooquee and the address 5405 Alton Parkway# 5a393 Irvine, CA...
in all of my DD CBR Commercial comes back with the same address... now I know thats old news... but i was thinking why does the US Green Energy (USGE) website "contact us" on the header when clicked refer you over to CBR Commercial? http://www.usgreenenergyinc.com/ So as I look into this situation more I find this http://www.alibaba.com/member/us102263328/aboutus.html Jim Farooquee has green energy business under the CBR Commercial header on this page...

In all honesty I am starting to believe more and more that CBR Commercial will also be rolled into the USFM company... He purchased a going concern publicly traded business and in the first press release had stated that it (the aloe vera) business will be continuing on... as well as per "only money" to going through all of this so as to acquire more companies... if it's gonna be a holding company like I have contended all along why not equitize both of your privately held holdings into his newly acquired publicly traded shell.
