Red, They seem to be moving quicker lately. Must be getting heat from above. Election b/s and budgets to be done for them. Have you seen how many companies dropped and suspended lately and they are going after promoters as well.But yes, they move slower that molasses going uphill.That is unless they have a motive now, especially for China the country etc.
