Any chance another letter to the CEO would help? If it is assumed we are going to the pink sheets, should we encourage him to release a PR in defense of his shares?
Even if it's generalities like the Feb letter, it might encourage buyers at the open or longs to hold on a little longer. Not sure if his lawyers would allow it.
Keep in mind too, that when a small team of auditors cannot be fooled, it may very well be true that they can be bribed instead. If you can't fool 'em, bribe 'em ! That's a very commonplace way of doing business in China.
The Deloitte audit team may have overlooked financial irregularities during the 2009 audit because they got paybacks (bribes). An Auditor is no better than the team of employees who do the audit.
