I am trying to get to the originating rock that started BCIT in this landslide into the abyss/black hole. It is this rock that enabled Megas to do what he did/didn't do from a legal perspective.

Nonsense. Megas just decided to create 800 million shares out of thin air (poof) without registering them - and with an entirely different cusip.

In my opinion, Megas is a counterfeiter - just as guilty as Mario Pino.

And in my opinion, that is why the DTC will not clear the shares. They are not legal securities.

BTW..did you happen to call/speak to either Foster or Burns at the SFC in regards BCIT in the brief time they had our ear?? If not, why not?..it would have been very enlightening. They did not seem to have any problem with the DTCC/SEC in their stance regarding BCIT..in fact NOBODY that has investigated this has had any problem with the DTCC/SEC stance. Odd?
Look at the clue above and follow thru the process all the way to where TM covered all the supposed NSS shares, calling them "issued"..the truth is out there.
