Good Theory...
I'm not convinced GL is accumulating at this point. The info they have on the property will be made public through the Bulk Samples being released.
The only real action we have seen on the stock this year was in Dec/Jan. When your a insider, as GL is, it would be more appropriate to step into the public market after the News is released.
The Pink Sheet status, BC halt, caveat emptor, keep this stock under the radar for most. Many brokerage's, as I have painfully found out over the last 2 years, will not buy the stock in North America. Compliance Departs in the USA & Canada have become very strict over the last 5years.
My point: GL is not in the position to have to worry about big competition on the stock from institutional investors/brokerage types who can pick-up millions at the push of a button. GL can wait for the news, accumulate safely as the stock rises on limited retail investor buying and take over the float safely & quietly as the kinks are worked out of the company story moving into production.
Just my observation.
