Do we have any proof that Ault is really gone? Is there a proper list of directors and majority shareholders in this company?

Learn from ZLUS.PK. Ault changed directions of the ocmpany to Oil and Energy and put Chris Rainbolt in charge, whlie stating that he was no longer involved. Filings of company officers showed this to not be true. Chris came in "From a family working in the oil industry". Chris was also tied to Ault by being the former IR person for two companies he was in charge in.

Now look at the company currently. Under investigation from the SEC supposedly lying about financials and ownship in oil wells.

AGEL had Ault as president last November and only recently changed this with two people who have direct ties to Ault. I'm calling it right now and saying that something if very fishy with this company.

Choose to invest your money here if you want. I will come back and rub it in everyone's face if this implodes like ZLUS has. Greed is a powerful drug and this sounds like the same get-rich-quick deal that had everyone at Corestream entranced.

Muckrakin, So you understand what I see. I see Ault as having something that these two needed and they done what they needed to get it so their business could grow! That doesn't mean they was laying in the same bed with Ault! If you do your DD you will find two savey business people making things truely happen not just BS like what your doing!

Yeah, I guess your DD was more accurate. They truly made something happen.
