re changing state registration - there is not a way to just search for that info that I am aware of. I suppose the best thing to do is watch for such actions on our sister board, SOS Changes.

One tool that I would like to introduce, however, is something they they recently added at otcmarkets.com (pinksheets). They now make it very easy to search a variety of corporate actions.
