The dredges, designed by Alan Trees of Dredge Builders Warehouse of Riggins, Idaho, have been custom built to capture the gold, diamonds and heavy black sands which contain the rare earths (REEs). Each dredge is capable to process and handle 50-60 tons/hour of productive mineral laden gravels. A video showing an operating dredge and a discussion of how it operates is available on the Company's website www.sunergygold.com

Sunergy Large Scale Rare Earth Element (REEs) Concentrates Valued at Over $3,897/Ton After Free Gold Removal on Its 140 sq. km. Pampana River Licensed Concession in Sierra Leone, West Africa
FREETOWN, SIERRA LEONE--(Marketwire - December 7, 2010) - Sunergy, Inc. (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: SNEY) reports that in addition to the free gold recovered in alluvial test mining conducted by its subsidiary Allied Mining and Supply, LLC on its 140 sq. km. Pampana River Licensed Concession in Sierra Leone, West Africa, the Rare Earths (REEs) concentrates recovered are valued at over $3,897.00/ton. These sands are consistent and verified in the river channel and along the banks and benches. Company geologists estimate 50kg./tonne rich black sands easily recoverable by dredging and land-based mining suggesting the likelihood of highly profitable and immediate alluvial mining operations. Inspection of artisanal mining and prospecting sites within the license area show black sands containing the rare earths (REEs) throughout the claims. Titanium values previously announced are included in the above valuation. The content and values of Rare Earths (REEs) including the residual contained gold and titanium for the five samples of concentrates are averaged as follows:

Understood - My error, thanks for pointing that out. I reverse mathed it, and see where I did not covert tons to 100 lbs black sands - big oops

50 Tons X 100 Blk snd per = 5000 lbs Black sands / Hr. X 3 dredges = 15,000 lbs. Black sands/ Hr. at $3,000 (not $8,400 like more accurate valuation states) So that is $22,500 / Hr @ $3,000/ton and $63,000 / hour @ $8400/ton.

SNEY just had a press release on new more accurate valuations which is $8,400 - but to stay ultra conservative I will say $3000, but all are of their own volition to discount as they choose. But if we took the median of the two figures and multiplied by working hours of even 10/day - That is $225,000/day with the lower figure. Say 250 working days and we get $56,250,000 Yr. with 250 days at 10 hours opperating/day with the value used of only $3000/ton . Use $8400 and multiply that by 2.8 and You get $157,500,00 / year with 3 dredges@ $8,400 /ton with 250 days worked @ 10 hrs/ day
