I deleated that post. But I do not have PM capabilities as a free member. The next best thing is to reply to any post I have on an old board I created that only has 13 boardmarks now. Here is a link to that board, and put a boardmark there so you can write to me and I can easily respond back to you:

Yes, of all the Lehman shares, LEHKQ, LEHLQ, LHHMQ, LEHNQ have to be paid before any other Lehman stocks get anything.
Glad you were able to snag some towards your goal of those CT shares. The way I see it is that since Lehman is 160 years old, and an international mammoth sized business that they have more $$ that will continue to be found. Now this has already been a few years for me I am patiently waiting with about the same game plan you now have.
Buy those shares of debt and sock them away. Eventually I think you will see these climb again as they did in 2009, and you will then have to decide if you are satisfied with making 30-40 grand or continue to hold. I continue to hold, as that was my plan from he beginning.
There may never be another opportunity to buy into such a company in my lifetime, so I am going for the brass ring. Only you can determine if you want it all or are satisfied with a handsome profit.
I was here in 2008 and I bought my shares strictly as lottery tickets for the end game.
You have your shares, now just sit back and be patient, I think for another year and you will be happy, and so will I.
Nice game plan,
Mic

I do not have private messaging. But my thoughts have not changed regarding LBHI. I will wait for the final outcome.

Chessman.....I am more confident than ever on all cap trusts. I feel in the past several weeks we have seen many things that point towards a very probable/ favorable recovery for CTs. I would suggest reading some recent posts on the LEHNQ board. Many exciting developments lately. There is still of course risk involved here...but that can be said for all stocks in general these days. If you are going to take a risk, there is no better place than Lehman cap trusts IMHO. P.S. I do not think cap trusts will be grouped in with preferred and common shares in the reorg.
