We really can't say what the market cap should be post merger until we get the details of just what is being rolled over into this shell.

Post merger there will be approx 65 million shares meaning at 10 cents the market cap is just $6.5 million.

By looking at the website and knowing what it costs too build energy projects I see close to or above 100 million in projects on the website now.
You do the math but from what I see this is not going to be a OTCBB for long and the reason why this company has been on My watch-list for over three years now.
It is set and ready to go very quickly to the NASDAQ now.

This is just my opinion but the projects are huge.
We may see some shares added but I am willing to hold this too 100 million easy now.
