I hate Etrade, but they are the best at buying pennies. It would take the SEC to stop etrade from buying pennies even with DTC issues lol I always say etrade will trade even their parents to the right buyer lol TD, USAA, SCOTT are good to trade bigger boards like NASDAQ/AMEX/NYSE. If you want to trade INIX, use Etrade. TD too complicated, and have to many house rules I can't tolerate playing pennies.
