They would need the shareholders to vote them more treasury shares if they could sell PP shares. They have had very little, if any, luck selling the PP shares. They probably figgered that they could with MP "gone".

Most of the shareholders were clamoring for MP to go away.

When will Gemini and MP make a move to close down and perhaps sell the remaining shell...or whatever their plans are?? DAMNFINO.

So MP is still in the catbird seat. What a surprise. All he has to do is let time take its toll.

I wonder if anyone besides daKidd and Jmarcine got anything resembling a private settlement when that was still an option.
