Shareholder Question: NA Update
Uncategorized by Eric Lehner
QUESTION
“Anything to update on the staus of the National Account. Your blog said, that there decision could take 2 or 3 more weeks, today marks the end of 3 weeks. Would appreciate an update even if just to know you havnt heard anything yet.”

ANSWER
Of the three principal targeted accounts, one confirmed 10 days ago by telephone that they are still working on the review, one made a similar confirmation in writing 3 days ago and the third proposed that we shift the proposal to the household cleaning buyer for consideration, rather than the paint department – and is expediting that process.
There are other things we are waiting on that would also be very attractive, because we clearly don’t want to let any one, two or even three companies determine our fate. Those three should merely be thought of as the most advanced in their evaluation procedure.
There is no Winning Brands shareholder who is more highly motivated to obtain the breakthrough that this company needs and wants than myself. So whatever frustration you may feel, multiply that, and you’ll know what I am experiencing. However, I am completely confident in the mission because I have the 10,000 ft. view. I consider the first major bull’s- eye to be in view. However, if we are blocked, then there are other targets of opportunity. By the time that we accomplish what we have set out to do, this brand will be born again hard in a way that makes it highly valuable.
When things come easy, there tends to be laziness, and success can be dissipated. We are focused, determined and resourceful – our success will be earned and on a solid basis for long term development.

I'll be honest...I thought it might be too generic...but maybe I'm wrong...I hope that we are making strides with this product redevelopment...it is a great all purpose cleaner....I worry that consumers won't know that it can take out the toughest stains...but if all feel that this a positive advancement of the product then I'm all for it..
