Sure he can, he is the one that started it, as he wrote in his little mail to his minions.

donbalon, TS said $7.00 by 2007 in his newsletter. Whether it's $5 or $7...it's a ten to fifteen bagger from here on out to that point and would make sense about the ten-bagger at around 5-7$ range in order for him to say that,

"I want my shares become “my” Desert Mountain house free and clear."

Surely, he's talking much more than just a $1.00 pps in order to own his Desert Mountain house and not just with a down payment like he did when he sold a small portion of his shares just for that.

He also said,

"Yes, you heard me correctly. I now think we can make a case for the very real potential value of NeoMedia in the billion-dollar-plus range -- no longer just the $300 million-$500 million range"

The "billion dollar plus range" should be noted since it means with current 350+ million shares out there, we're talking in the 5 - 7 dollar range.

donbalon, I'll bet one reason he didn't mention when we could hit 5 bucks, is because, he probably has realized, that he has no clue! At this rate, we could possibly see $5.00 a lot sooner that 2007!
