In the mean time... anything could happen such as massive dilution, a severe drop in pps, heavy shorting of the stock due to market makers anticipating a drop in the pps, lack of news since it cost money to put out PR's and EVDR has no money since they have no revenues. The only thing they have to sell is stock, which they have about 50-100 mil left... unless that was used during the buyout to pay for the transactions... - dragon52

This is so true in so many situations. But this shell is getting cleaned up for a RM IMO. I have a feeling shorty is extremely short and this filing is a little disturbing to them.
