On July 26, 2010, STDR filed a lawsuit against Mr.Tomlinson and PBT in the 151st Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, Case No. 2010-46137, seeking damages for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, fraud, unjust enrichment, fiduciary misconduct, exemplary damages, and declaratory judgment with respect to certain agreements entered into between Mr.Tomlinson, PBT and the Company related to the transactions described earlier in this report. Prentis B. Tomlinson Jr. serves as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Calibre Energy Inc. Mr. Tomlinson has been the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Calibre Energy Inc. since January 27, 2006. He was a Founding Partner of Kerogen Resources Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Standard Drilling, Inc. until October 2007 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He is a second-generation oil and gas expert who traces his roots back to Tomlinson Geophysical Service, founded in 1937 by P. B. Tomlinson. He has founded a number of companies in the energy sector, including exploration and production companies, a crude trading company and an oilfield service company. Mr.Tomlinson holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Geology from Louisiana Polytechnic Institute. In addition, he received a MTS and MA in Religious Studies from Harvard University, and he currently is a candidate for a PhD in Graduate School of Arts & Sciences from Harvard University.
