I confirmed with the SEC and PETRO is moving forward. Because my cousin works there. Now what do you have to say about that. I know alot of info and detail that I can not post at this time. The only thing that I can tell you that PETRO AMERICA will trade next year, and NOBODY can stop that. RIP to all nay-sayers.

Makes you wonder what position his cousin holds, that he was able to post such accurate information... :) cough, cough

We're the fourth month into the year and they mentioned on the call, "several months, as much as seven months, and possibly double that". I can't remember exact wording, but it was recently posted...last several days....and that makes it well into next year...lol....

Yep, his cousing must be really high up the food chain of the SEC....but even the call left it uncertian...

Also, another thought, how could anything have been filed at the SEC, as he stated, and moving forward??? If on the call, they said the process was still being audited, and records being finalized to get them to the TA? That information alone, says he didn't have any valid information, as nothing has been filed with the SEC, according to the updated call....hum.....

Looks like end of Jan or Feb. If thing go as plan. That is what I am hearing.
