Ok, I went back through the filings and this is what I came up with.

The A/S has been 1B through the last 2 R/Ss, even though they approved an increase to 5B at their annual meeting in 2008. They never needed to do it, obviously ( :

Prior to the second to last 1:1000 R/S, the O/S was 221,000,453 (as of 6/19/08) and it was reduced to 221,000.

In just 8 months the O/S had ballooned to 80,658,000 (as of 2/14/09) and the next 1:1000 R/S was effected and reduced the O/S to 80,658.

Now, the O/S has ballooned to 447,495,969!

If history is any guide, Turk should be doing another R/S soon.
