#27979 RE: Newbie2010 #27978

From all that has been put forth by the most savvy posters (of which I am not one), regarding the confusion(s), it seems to me there are only three possibilities: 1) a misstatement or miscommunication; and this would be acceptable, no? Not desirable, but acceptable, sort of?

But the other two possibilities are most undesirable and unwanted. They are 2) mismanagement, ineptness, inadequate accounting, incompetence; and worse, 3) Fraud of some kind?

Am I wrong here?

Perhaps there is a 4th possibility, well really a return to the first possibility (#1) and that is - the ways of accounting and accountability are not absolutely fixed; there are several approaches all reasonable, defensible. But if this is the case then the various approaches should be correlated, able to be translated from one to the other, and the difference in them should be (to anyone who understand the basic accounting) completely apprehensible/transparent.

What do the cognoscenti on this board think is the case?

What is the case?

Or can no one, know the case, and if so, why so?

And if the later, is it the case with blue chips as well as pink shts?

Is the only difference between big board companies and pinks the degree of corruptness, or degree of transparency with corruption and opacity simply more common with pinks in general and MedClean specifically?
