With Peter Ntephe in charge the timing is always wrong for doing anything. That is precisely why nothing ever gets done. It has been months since the EEZ blocks were awarded to ERHC and they are still saying negotiations for the PSC and finding a JV partner will begin soon. That means they have not even started yet. Trying to get on the AIM, getting the Competent Persons Report and getting the NSAI report has been going on for years. No visible progress. It will happen "soon" though. No resolution to the Block 5 and 6 issue. It has been going on for years too. No marginal properties purchased even though they have been looking for years because "the timing isn't right".
Bottom line is Peter Ntephe never accomplishes anything besides cashing his paycheck.
