Ben is right in many ways, but I have said this many times. You do not play anything below OTCQX for assets and revs. Anything belwe OTCQX is all about A/S, O/S, Float, bottom, and demand (pumps). The reason for this strategy, OTCQX main goal is the next level listing which is NYSE, AMEX, and NASDAQ. Most QX do have assets that are reliable, and will most likely not relocated to a shell to screw investors.
