South, I agree. I think TechKim would also point to Canadian Vancouver shorts that aren't tracked. Conspiracy theory, maybe, but something's going on.

I just think they have some great revenue producers and who knows what else is underground at KC. If they are looking at maybe drilling 3 wells there and are optimistic after all the seismic work, I wouldn't sleep a minute if I were short, or even sold on the hopes of buying it cheaper. Hold management to the fire, and I think this could catch fire. Who knows, but I'm much more optimistic and may add to my 6 digit holdings.

SP, I don't think the insiders are part of the reason to keep the stock low. They would have to disclose sales, and it doesn't help their cause. I have issues with them purchasing those shares from that 10% holder and not purchasing them for the company. I'm not letting that go, that to me appears inappropriate, so I don't have any respect for management for that nor their large options and share grants. Until I get an attorney to tell me differently, I'll give management the benefit of a lot of doubt. (The SEC is totally useless with anything, so contacting them is a waste of time - I've actually had to use a 13D filing once to point out to the SEC for them not reading a different company's filing once.)

I am voting my shares against everything in the proxy, directors, proposals etc. They have a lot to do to treat shareholders fairly. I can't believe that they would risk their reputation on messing around with us, but, like I've said, a stock price over $2 would make me forgive them (as long as it's not a phony move). Next year, if things go the way the should, I'd be willing to forgive and forget, and vote for everything, not now.

The only reason this stock is where it is, is because of this stock grab that they have done. The investment world doesn't trust them, that's why its selling for less than 1/2 of reserve value. Crazy, because they would be rich people if things work out on just what they have, and richer if they stop issuing stock to themselves.

Don't worry, I'm keeping notes and I won't let this go. Things better change, and quick.
