I don't like to see the AS rise either, but you assume they increased the AS to complete the actions they mention in the PR of March 18th? Too easy isn't it?

They can increase the AS or for future mergers, for future actions... As long as the OS isn't increased and they finish current business there's no problem imo. Yet.

How is it that they could not see that an additonal 60% to the A/S would not have a negative impact on the share holders??? I'm sure they knew they didn't have the money at the time of negotiations. It is what it is...
