Slide.... I do not profess to be any legal expert whatsoever. But, I can say that being in the field I am in and have been in so for the past 22 years I am very familiar with Criminal Complaints/Indictments and deal with them on a daily basis on the Fed level. The mere fact that this Co was mentioned/insinuated steers me 100 percent away. Whether they did wrong in the past or not I am not about to wait around to find out anymore nor will I judge like I said in a previous Post. Like you all know, I sold my position weeks back for a small gain/almost break even from my holdings in 11/10. I've hung around here thinking "Maybe" this Co.... No longer. Good luck to you.

Green Concepts is a new name! Remember the name change debacle? So this action would be current and not from four years ago IMO
