I think that has been discussed, and the terms were that former Allied had to hold those shares for 6 months if purchased. I am not sure about the 100mm number You stated. I know that the total 100mm or not comes in two different purchases at two different price points. Some on board did not think they would utilize the option because of the 6 month restriction. But, I am sure someone is more versed than myself, and has a more substantive and perhaps more beneficial opinion on that matter. Try the I box first.
