For how long have you been in Tad? The company is just starting a PR campaign. The ONYX JV is getting into fifth gear (look at PR's). My advise to you would be to just wait till end of summer. You held for so long, sure you can wait another few months. I would hate to see you leave now. all imo of course ... but I'm staying
