All it did was create a bit more liquidity for the stock and maybe provide some reward to the past investors for the pain and losses they endured. As Joe mentioned, the lower the stock price the more likely volume will increase and thus easier to sell/buy etc. In my opinion, doing a FS when they did is something that concerns me. If this company is truly serious, the next series of steps should include getting listed on NASDAQ, or OTC BB at a minimum, implement a RS followed immediately by some real news announcing asset acquisitions and revenue generation. These steps will really make the stock price jump, imo.
