I have read it.

They claimed they paid a majority, not all of the balance at that time. They said they converted stock worth 5 million. That's nice but NIR gets those at a huge discount. It likely paid down that notes a net 2 million dollars. Face value means nothin in the NIR game. It's all about how much they reduced the note and the interest rate. Bottom line is they didn't pay in full and the share dollar amount doesn't count. Now if they agreed ta pay another 8 million do ya think they added new notes or do ya think they just wanna give NIR a little tip.
