I do not think we know that for sure. I think that we are speculating and hoping that it is the case. If it does not then we have an additional issue that we must deal with. I would really like a press release concerning the payment of the money. I believe it is 500K not 600K that is still owed but what ever the amount I have not seen anything that plainly states the facts.
