Again why would Jeff want to let DB off the hook when he stepped down as CEO? Db seems to be a scam artist and Jeff in a PR stated he was NOT going to turn him in,why is that?

Besides, this court date was brought about thru Dean's team, not Jeff.

Any delay, should it occur is not a result of Jeff.

FWIW, I do not think the 4/5 hearing gets delayed.
