I think the PPS will hold the .075-8 range with no filings. It may not cause a sell-off until something official comes from the SEC/OTC/company, but buyers won't be stepping in either.

Newd is correct, I am assuming the Fiscal timeline for this company, but that is only derived from their past filings.

For anyone's info, SEC reporting deadlines for 10Q and 10K are 45 days and 90 days respectively from the end of the Fiscal period. I do not officially know the fiscal period end date for CBIS but based on past filings I am assuming 4Q ended December 31, 2010.
