Read - the facts are that quarter over quarter VCTY posted a 600 million less profit this past quarter than the previous quarter

What are you trying to accomplish 4 billion =. those shares are not free trading so stop trying to scare everyone into thinking 4 billion shares are to be divided up with earnings. You are making false assumptions and you say you only tell the truth when you just lied to everyone.

It is a fairly simple thing. If one uses negatives and bashes, you get that kind of result in the pps. If one has positives to point out, the pps reflects. Constantly bashing or complaining should not be why one would own a stock. If it is a bad investment then it would be foolish to stay in and bash. The stress level is lower for the stocks that one can handle the ups and downs.
