Yes, the company has pretty much nothing but a name, however, it is entirely possible they have received substantial assets from a private company that wants to go public via a reverse merger, though I doubt these very mysterious assets are worth as much as alleged.

It does seem if these recent announcements were on the up-and-up they would name names.

The one asset they may have of value (if they ever got it working) is their seed to patient tracking system, which is now required in Colorado.

did you read anything? a private company merged with MJNA, they own many dispensaries and a big grow op. Your DD has failed. Their assets are marijuana for medical patients. They are not going to yell to the governemnt that they are the first large medical marijuana company people can invest in. They are being VERY CAREFUL with wording and im glad. come back in a year and you will see your mistake : )

no assets? They JUST finalized the merger less than a week ago... the assets are being transfered. you people....

I am out of posts for the day. you really think they are going to tell people/ the governemnt where their giant grow op is? They are doing this right and 1 year from now we will be .50+ mark this post. by 4/20/12 we are +.50

and I didnt buy at these levels, I bought .048 and sold .21. back in a little at .15, more in few days

do you think the fed gov would say, ok you own 15 dispensaries and generate 40 mil revenues, good luck! No, they would try and shut her down/ f her up

Welcome to the mmj sector! It's a roller coaster and everything speculative so don't waste your time digging for financials as they dont have any yet but will have HUGE ONES WITHIN 3 YEARS!
