Sent these concerns along to IR. Response:

Dilution through OS/AS increases..Just because there is an increase does not mean the shares are being sold into the float.

no share buyback program.....The company is not releasing any details.

sale of ASCC without any financial details........sold for 800 million shares.

hydro merger completely canceled.....It is a massive company, and feared that VCTY was value too low.

AMETA merger canceled, Closed Caption Company merger canceled........No details on that

no details on the American based company merger.......Representatives are meeting in China.

no update on the china representative.....Should be up and running in April.
