I agree with what you're saying. Hopefully yet another merger can fill these expensive shoes. TCU's consistent performance may begin to look appealing to our merger candidates.

While this latest financial report is good news, what you point out is necessary for investors to consider. What VCTY should do now is reduce A/S, O/S to really make last quarter the good news it should be. If they reduce share-count, I think that will positively affect the pps. And if they merge with another company, as they're speaking about, that could have a positive effect on the pps as well. It's too early to tell right now what VCTY's future is, but I'm feeling comfortable with it. Go VCTY!
