First of all I spoke to Rodger Coleman who is the IR guy. I called to basically find out what was going on with the company since there supposedly was a Co. update due for the last 3 months according to others who spoke to him in the past. Asked him about the shareholder meeting and that is when he volunteered the results of the meeting.
When I asked him about when the RS was going to happen, he stated once the new TA was on board, which could be at any time from what I gather. As I mentioned before, take it for what it's worth or call him.
