#9855 RE: sportd #9853

Here is a re-post. He is referring to the delay of the 10K.

----------------------
you mean this one? http://sassperess.com/blog/?p=804 . Considering how these events have a "macro" effect on what we are doing, others have commented differently. That's OK, takes all stripes to make a rainbow...

As I am in a conference for Electric Vehicle car charging (returning home tomorrow), I will respond briefly to a few posts in one reply:

1.SEC doesn't give you options when you are a bit late. Its either 15 days or not. If we were not going to file, then we would not have chosen that option. So I think that everyone can agree that's good news.

2.Doing a merger and 10K and whatever other documents we are required to file at this time is a monumental task when you are running to meet a deadline. I give credit to the entire sunlogics team who has been working day and night to get this done. The "longs" don't mind a few more days, and as I had said from the start, that's where our focus is on. This may enrage "daytrippers", so perhaps our long-term build strategy is not for them. That's OK.

3.Everything today is pointing to a bright future for solar. Everything today is pointing to a bright future for Electric Vehicles. We happen to be targeting both. A perfect storm, one might say...

4.Its all about what happens "post" merger. Execution is the only thing that counts. Whether its delivering a solar canopy, solar roof array, solar farm, or creating brand loyalty in an industry where little attention is paid to that, the real work starts then. Apple is no different than any other computer, phone, TV box company with the exception that the multiples on their earnings is far beyond anyone else. Why? Because they build loyalty through their execution of an ecosystem beyond all others...that is the model which will bring price/earnings multiples and the model I hope to help replicate.

5.While its true that "I wish they all could be California girls", there's no place like home...

Have a great day. Be back tomorrow...
