That is the "Cataldo way". Check out what happened to MTCH last April, Tony filed 10KNT and then did about 5 "puff" press releases in early April. Hundreds of millions of insiders discounted shares dumped. No 10K ever filed and company goes out of business in about 3 months with zero sales.
