He's a good businessman, and no Wall Street insider. They don't know him, so they're not giving him the benefit of the doubt. I think he'll do OK. He ran a tight ship at CSX, understands global trade and currencies, and dealt with some of the largest companies in the US. He also knows commodities, which is a plus.
