The deal with not having the permits is that it limits their production capacity which may cause some heartburn with potential clients since the limits restrict JBI's ability to scale up production to meet delivery schedules and any surges in demand.
JBII has shown there is little solid waste to deal with and it's far preferable to the alternative of dumping tons of plastic into a landfill. It's in no one's interest to drag out the SWP. I would have thought JBII partnering with WM would allow them to operate under WM's permit umbrella.
