I'm a HUGE fan of the "slow momo" picks :) I mean, in reality they seem to have a very high percent of accuracy and they offer ample time and chance to get in on good picks.
Though I do realize you need to keep the board up to date and it can't have a ton of old stickied posts... Maybe just have each of the pickers alotted 1 sticky post which has a lifespan of about a week--they can update as often as wanted but if it goes stale, it goes away?
