Yeah I thought it was a good hold with decent volume. You are correct, if filings were not done today they HAD to file extension, even if they are going to be filed tommorrow. So 15 means w in 15 - we shall see.
I agree, a green close is a very welcome site after the last couple of days.
I have never seen a stock close green after a NT filing. I have now seen it for the first time. I fully expected a close around 1 cent.
I stand by my statements on the PR but I am very happy others chose to see the positive side at the end of the PR rather then the negative headline.
I hope this close stabilizes the sell of and helps April come in link a lion.
I actually saw a stock post the 10k the next day after close. I couldn't believe they couldn't just get it done 24 hours faster. I will see if I can remember which one and post the SEC link for it.
