Maybe someone who has been holding shares a long time. Remember, not long ago, you couldn't sell even at .0001 in order to take a tax loss. The stock appeared dead. Whoever is selling at .0001 may be thinking that the current frenzy will fizzle out and that we'll be back to a dead stock that can't be sold at .0001, so the $3000 spent on 30 million shares would be worthless.
As for me, I didn't spend anywhere near $3000 on this stock, so I'm holding and hoping.
