haha, no, you did not hit a nerve because you are right, it is the same noise! But, my post was intended to show people that taxes are multidimensional, not single dimensional. Its not as simple as pay x% of what you make like people on this board have been inferring. I was trying to show that the "tax reasons" for not continuing the sale in the PR in question provided no information and people on here should not speculate as to what that means becuase it could be several things.
And I am in the same boat as you, I was trying to make excuses for PROM since November and my patience too is growing thin. I am begenning to think this is a fraudulant company. However, I knew this was a high risk/high reward investment and I plan on making a huge return on this stock or lose my entire investment. I am not selling at a 50% loss on the possibillity of a R/S.
