"Scarfizi55" I've looked at some of your posts, and got to say glad to see you on this racehorse. From what I've seen, personmark for you! I've been here a long long time, and to be brief (as I'm sure you're aware of the dd or you wouldn't be here), and say CGAQ has a complete different business plan now, and not the same CGAQ it was. If CGAQ's current projects come to fruition ... I'll change that to "when" these projects break, and they will as the D.R. Government would not be part of it for this long, we are looking at possibly the penny stock of the year. This racehorse and the direction of current negotiations being positive has many waiting for the upcoming PR, but with Government and Major Investors involved ... this is only the first upcoming spike ... with these types of players this imo is only the first of many bigger PR's to come with CGAQ's new ventures bringing bigger spikes to come.
