they have till Monday to file extension
after that they could revert to non reporting status/pink sheets...not sure how long that would take, but regardless the extension is only good for 15 days or similar.

The delay is bull, they have all of the info they need. Auditors have either finished or have not. If not why? Money? i dont know.
