If the O/S goes up they're part of the open market.. We dont know the restricted number because the company still doenst seem to understand the concept of SEC filings and that believe it or not they're important to public companies.

Someone stated the FLoat remains at 8M or so... I dont know where they got that info because the TA doesnt give that info out.


This stock was trading at .20+ not long ago. TOday we were at .06x.09 for a while.. I think its safe to say that after a 50%++ haircut dumping has been a major factor to the shareprice.
