My prediction:

Onko-Sure results (or confirmation of some third party publication) and r/s (or delisting) together in one press release.

I'm trading now on the random BMR articles, which apparently is SOP for "heads up!" for an up-coming PR statement from RPC.

Loyalty to shareholders no doubt - and well, so be it. Going to take some mighty fine loyalty to weather a r/s or delisting.

Why not have a delay in the 10k filing. If it shows no sales
and/or revenue as you say, I say so what...what will happen shortly IMO will
make the 10k just another filing and will not play a role with
upcoming events and it will be put in stack with the rest of them.
